The FBI Recreation Association (FBIRA) is a non-profit organization which encourages athleticism, recreation and overall fitness activities among FBI employees and the communities that they serve.  Also operates the FBI Store for each field division, which has various FBI merchandise available for sale to help defray the costs of supporting office parties as well as athletic events.
